Our American Red Snapper aquaculture project continues to deliver exceptional results. The fish are demonstrating strong, efficient growth, with our selected broodstock now reaching weights of 25 to 28 pounds.
We have expanded our market research by introducing our snapper to a range of local customers. The response has been highly encouraging. Customers have purchased the fish both whole (on ice) and as premium quality, boneless fillets.
The fillets retain the snapper’s distinctive red skin, providing a clear visual indicator of authenticity and quality, an important feature for both chefs and consumers seeking genuine American Red Snapper.
